What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding starts with a kickoff call where we learn your brand, goals, audience, and services. We align on content direction, platforms, and expectations. From there, we build your content pillars, posting cadence, and workflow so everything runs smoothly from month one.

How does your content creation process work?

We plan content in advance using a monthly content calendar inside our DQ Platform. Our team handles filming, photography, editing, caption writing, and scheduling. Content is created intentionally to match your brand voice and business goals, not to fill a posting quota. Every client has access to the DQ Platform to review content, approve posts, or request revisions.

How often do you film or capture content?

Filming takes place during scheduled on-site visits. Most packages include monthly content capture totaling between two and five hours, depending on the package selected. This time may be split across multiple visits or different job sites to capture a variety of photo and video content. This approach allows us to support consistent posting throughout the month.

How does engagement management work?

Engagement support varies by package. Some packages include light engagement, such as liking comments or acknowledging interactions. Higher-tier packages include active comment responses and direct message monitoring during business hours. Customer service escalations are not included unless specifically outlined.

Can I provide my own photos or videos?

Yes, you may provide your own media if you prefer. By providing your own creative, there will be some cost savings. We will still handle editing, captions, posting, and scheduling to ensure everything stays on brand and consistent.

How soon will content go live?

After onboarding and the first content filming session, most clients see content begin posting within two to three weeks. Timelines may vary based on feedback, approvals, and scheduling.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Social media success requires consistency. We recommend a minimum three-month commitment to allow time for content, engagement, and brand recognition to build momentum. Most clients choose a six-month agreement, with extended agreements available up to twelve months.

How many revisions are included per post?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds per monthly content calendar. Revisions are intended for minor adjustments such as caption edits, wording changes, or small visual tweaks. Additional revisions or late changes outside the included scope may require an adjustment to timeline or fees.
